The Global Symphony Orchestra (GSO) is an esteemed cultural institution spearheaded by its Chairman, Aliena Wong. The orchestra is committed to producing high-quality symphonic performances, anchored by its "World Symphony Concert" series. Beyond its global initiatives, a core pillar of GSO’s mission is to provide HK and Chinese musicians with a rigorous, professional platform for performance. Maestro Mak and the GSO were officially honored with the world-class Austrian Music Theatre Prize in 2018, reinforcing the orchestra's reputation as a globally recognized vanguard of musical innovation.
「寰宇交響樂團」是由主席黃家舜女士領軍的知名文化機構。樂團以備受矚目的「世界交響樂音樂會」系列為發展基石。GSO 的核心使命是為香港及中國內地的音樂家提供一個專業的演出平台。2018年，麥家樂大師與樂團更榮獲國際級的「奧地利音樂劇院獎」。
Maestro Gustav Ka Lok Mak (Music Director & Conductor) - 麥家樂大師(音樂總監兼指揮)
Maestro Gustav Ka Lok Mak is the distinguished Music Director, Conductor, and Composer of the Global Symphony Orchestra. Celebrated internationally for his deep musical intellect and authoritative podium presence, his visionary artistic leadership has earned prestigious global accolades. These honors include:
1) Cultural Award from Russia (2000),
2) Austrian Music Theatre Prize (2018),
3) Decoration of Honour in Gold from Austria (2022),
4) Distinguished Citizen Award from Shunde, China (2026)
Maestro Mak has guest-conducted premier orchestras across China and the Western world, releasing acclaimed CDs and DVDs under major global industry labels such as BMG and Hugo Production. His composition, The Legend of Confucius, received the Outstanding Theatrical Work Award from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China. His cultural influence was further recognized nationally when he was featured on the Music Traveler program on China’s central television network, CCTV Channel 15.
麥家樂大師是寰宇交響樂團傑出的音樂總監、指揮家兼作曲家。他以深厚的音樂造詣與威嚴的指揮台風範享譽國際，其遠見卓識的藝術領導力更為他贏得了無數享譽全球的國際殊榮。這些榮譽包括：

麥家樂大師曾應邀擔任中國及西方多個頂尖交響樂團的客席指揮，並在 BMG 及雨果製作（Hugo Production）等全球主流知名音樂廠牌下，發行了多張廣受讚譽的 CD 和 DVD 專輯。他的代表作原創歌劇《孔子傳》更榮獲中國文化和旅遊部頒發的「優秀劇目獎」。其深遠的文化影響力亦在國家級平台上獲得高度肯定，曾獲邀接受中國中央電視台音樂頻道（CCTV-15）《音樂人生》（Music Traveler）專題節目訪問及報導。
Eunmi Lee (Korean guest violinist) - 李恩美（南韓特邀小提琴家)
Born in Seoul, violinist Eunmi Lee holds degrees from Seoul National University and the Hochschule für Musik Dresden in Germany. A multi-award-winning international soloist, she secured consecutive top prizes at the Marie Cantagrill, Camillo Sivori, Caffa Richetti, and Gianluca Campochiaro international competitions. Lee has performed as a featured soloist with the Berlin Symphoniker and the Hungarian State Symphony Orchestra. An esteemed pedagogue, she serves as Vice President and Principal Professor at the Seoul Central Conservatory.
出生於首爾，小提琴家李恩美畢業於德國德勒斯登音樂學院，取得碩士學位及最高演奏家文憑。她曾在 Marie Cantagrill、Camillo Sivori、Caffa Richetti 以及 Gianluca Campochiaro 等多個國際小提琴大賽中蟬聯冠軍。她曾與柏林交響樂團、匈牙利國家交響樂團等名團同台聯奏。

Aliena Wong (Pianist): 黃家舜(鋼琴家)
Aliena Wong completed her performance training in England and at Russia's historic Saint Petersburg State Conservatory. Since 2013, she has served dual roles as the organizational Chairman and Resident Pianist of the Global Symphony Orchestra. Since GSO's establishment, Aliena Wong has performed major piano repertoires with GSO.
黃家舜先後於英國及具備悠久歷史的俄羅斯聖彼得堡國立音樂學院接受專業演奏培訓。自2013年起，她一直兼任寰宇交響樂團的董事會主席及駐團鋼琴家。自樂團創立以來，黃家舜多次與樂團攜手合作，演奏了多部古典音樂史上重要的鋼琴代表作。
Fiona Lee (Pianist) - 李凱姸（鋼琴家)
Fiona Lee was born in Hong Kong. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of East Anglia, United Kingdom. She is strongly devoted to inspiring children. She received a distinction in a post-graduate course in music and children’s diversified development.
出生於香港，畢業於英國東安格利亞大學並獲音樂文學學士學位，她長期致力於兒童音樂教育，她在音樂與兒童多元發展的課程中獲得了優異成績。
Samantha Chong (Mezzo-Soprano) - 張吟晶（女中音）
Mezzo-soprano Samantha Chong is the winner of the inaugural ASEAN Vocal competition and the 1st prize winner of the 41st National Singing Competition of Malaysia in 2015. Post-graduation, she jump-started her career as a soloist with the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, Opera Hong Kong, Musica Viva, and the Global Symphony Orchestra. Samantha made her Italian debut in 2019 with Teatro Petruzzelli, singing Rosina in Il Barbiere di Siviglia. Recently, she performed at the opening concert of Edinburgh International Festival, singing Tan Dun’s Buddha’s Passion.
女中音歌唱家張吟晶是首屆東盟（ASEAN）聲樂大賽的冠軍得主，並於2015年榮獲第41屆馬來西亞全國聲樂大賽第一名。畢業後，她隨即展開了亮眼的獨唱生涯，先後以獨唱家身份與香港管弦樂團、香港歌劇院、非凡美樂（Musica Viva）及寰宇交響樂團攜手合作。2019年，她在意大利佩特魯切利劇院（Teatro Petruzzelli）首度登台演出，飾演羅西尼歌劇《塞維利亞的理髮師》中的羅西娜（Rosina）。近期，她更獲邀於愛丁堡國際藝術節的開幕音樂會上亮相，擔綱演唱譚盾的鉅作《佛陀受難曲：敦煌‧慈悲頌》（Buddha’s Passion）。
Colette Lam (Soprano) - 林舒婷（女高音）
Colette Lam is affectionately known to Hong Kong mainstream media audiences and sports fans as "Ah Lek" (阿叻). She is widely recognized both as a professional, highly analytical horse-racing television presenter and as an accomplished classical soprano singer. Her previous vocal collaborations with the GSO have routinely earned splendid applause from the audience.
林舒婷被香港主流媒體與體育界親切地稱為「叻姐」。她既是電視螢幕上的專業賽馬節目主持人，同時也是一位造古典女高音歌唱家。她此前與寰宇交響樂團的合作贏得了熱烈掌聲。
PROGRAMME
Offenbach: "Orpheus in the Underworld" Overture:
A high-energy classic bursting with theatrical flair. While it begins with beautiful, dramatic melodies, it famously accelerates into the unforgettable, high-kicking "Can-Can"—the ultimate musical expression of wild celebration and comic chaos.
Saint-Saëns: The Carnival of the Animals:
A brilliant, humorous musical menagerie where instruments mimic nature. From the heavy thuds of elephants to the rapid-fire scales of wild donkeys and the majestic braying of fossils, this playful masterpiece is a witty caricature of the animal kingdom.
Haydn: “Farewell” Symphony (Finale):
The original piece of musical comedy in history. Written as a polite protest to a prince, musicians systematically blow out their candles and pack up their instruments, walking off stage mid-performance until only two lone violins are left playing.
Mendelssohn: Violin Concerto in E minor:
One of the most beloved, breathtaking violin masterworks ever written. It sweeps audiences away instantly with its passionate, soaring opening melody, followed by an exhilarating, lightning-fast finale that showcases absolute virtuosic brilliance.
Beethoven: Rage Over a Lost Penny:
A delightfully frantic and chaotic piano rondo showing Beethoven's playful side. The music mimics the escalating, comical panic of a man turning his house completely upside down in a desperate, furious search for a misplaced coin.
Rossini: The Rice Aria ("Di tanti palpiti"):
A legendary operatic showstopper with a delicious history. Legend says Rossini composed this incredibly catchy, joyful aria in just twenty minutes while waiting for his rice to boil at a local restaurant in Venice.
Rossini: The Cat Duet (Duetto buffo di due gatti):
A hilarious crowd favorite where two opera stars drop all formal lyrics and perform an entire, dramatic operatic argument using nothing but the word "Meow." It is a vocal tour de force wrapped in pure comedic genius.

奧芬巴赫：《地獄中的奧菲歐》序曲
一部充滿戲劇張力與高燃能量的傳世經典。樂曲雖以優美、戲劇性的旋律拉開序幕，但隨後便化為那段家喻戶曉、節奏狂熱的「康康舞曲」——這是將狂歡慶典與喜劇式混亂推向極致的終極音樂表達。
聖桑：《動物狂歡節》
一部精妙絕倫且幽默風趣的「音樂動物園」，樂器在曲中活靈活現 地模仿著大自然。從大象沉重的腳步聲、野驢連綿不斷的急速音階，到化石威嚴的咆哮，這部趣味橫生的傑作是對動物界一次充滿機智的幽默諷刺。
海頓：《告別》交響曲（終曲）
音樂史上最早的「音樂喜劇」作品。這首曲子是海頓向親王提出的一份委婉抗議：隨著樂曲接近尾聲，樂手們陸續吹滅譜架上的蠟燭、收拾樂器，在演出中途紛紛離場，最後舞台上只剩下兩把孤零零的小提琴拉完最後一個音符。
門德爾松：E小調小提琴協奏曲
音樂史上最受樂迷喜愛、最令人屏息的頂尖小提琴傑作之一。開場那段激情澎湃、直衝雲霄的翱翔旋律能瞬間俘獲觀眾的心，隨後而來的是令人熱血沸騰、疾如閃電的終曲，完美展現了極致的獨奏家炫技光彩。
貝多芬：《丟失一便士的憤怒》
一首令人忍俊不禁、瘋狂且混亂的鋼琴迴旋曲，罕見地展現了貝多芬頑皮幽默的一面。音樂精準地模擬了一個人因為瘋狂尋找一枚掉落的硬幣，而把整個屋子掀得底朝天時，那種步步升級、令人捧腹的恐慌與暴怒。
羅西尼：「米飯詠嘆調」（選自歌劇《坦克雷迪》）
一首帶有美味歷史的傳奇歌劇名篇。傳聞羅西尼在威尼斯一家當地餐廳等待他點的意大利燉飯（Risotto）煮熟時，在短短二十分鐘內便一氣呵成地寫出了這首極其洗腦、充滿喜悅的詠嘆調。
羅西尼：《貓之二重唱》
一首風靡全球、令人捧腹的聲樂惡搞杰作。兩位歌劇名伶在台上拋棄了所有正式的歌詞，全場僅用一個「喵」字，進行一場充滿戲劇張力的歌劇式大吵架。這是一部包裹在純粹喜劇天才外殼下的聲樂巔峰之作。
